The Kawu Baraje led so called 'New PDP' is about to suffer an exodus of its members as two of the seven governors of the faction are set to pull out. This is certain to lead to their legislators and other loyalists pulling out of the faction with them. This was reveaked by Special Adviser to the President on Political Matters, Ahmed Gulak.
Gulak also revealed that the governors have exposed themselves to ridicule by refusing to take up president Jonathan's challenge to publish the one term document he signed with them....
it would be recalled that the G 7 governors, led by Niger State governor, Babangida Aliyu, claimed that the president signed a one term pact with Northern governors, but during his last presidential media chat, the president had denied ever signing such a pact and called on the governors alleging that he had done so to publish the pact.
strangely, they governors had been very quiet on the issue after the president gave his challenge.
