A 45- year old banker at the weekend died in a hotel room in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, while having marathon sex with his undergraduate mistress (names withheld). The deceased worked with a commercial bank in the city before his death. The lady is said to be 21 and a 200 level student of Micro-Biology at Godfrey Okoye University, Enugu. “My attention has been drawn to a story which is gaining lying grounds on major blogs and sites about Football Legend, Austin Jay Jay Okocha, involved in the production of The Majek Fashek movie written by me and starring Francis Duru.
“That story is false and is an attempt by a lazy and reprobate online writer to gain traffic to his site. It is public knowledge that since 2010, I have been in production of the Majek Fashek movie and half of the production which has to do with the childhood years of Majek has been completed.
The adult years is the next part to be shot which will involve his musical sojourn to New York and what comes thereafter. Production has been suspended because of a few technical and logistics hitches which have been rectified and hopefully we will continue shoot in a few months.

A message from Mercy Johnson's heart as she turns a year older yesterday, August 28th. What she shared to her Fans yesterday; Today, I thought of many things I would love to have as birthday gifts and the many dreams I am still pursuing. In all of this I’m not losing sight of the fact that if not for God I might have ended up on the street like the many kids and young adults begging for food and some prostituting to make ends meet. If we know the circumstances that force some of these people on the street, we would spare a thought for them. I am where I am today purely by the grace of God and the grace of people who believed in me from the word go. Recently, I was at the Boys Reform Home, Oregun, Lagos, the discussion I had with the principal Mr. Kotun and much later with the Special Adviser in charge of allremand homes in Lagos set me thinking about the boys and girls on the street. They have dreams too. Can they fulfill those dreams on the street? The answer will likely be no; because I won't be where I am today if I ended up on the street. For this reason, Mercy Johnson Foundation will be doing a lot to get kids off the street. We are not asking people for money or donation, I will do all I can with the resources God has given me, and with the support of my husband to help get these kids off the street and set them on the path where they can begin to pursue their dreams. I want to plead with people, fans, friends and colleagues to spare a thought for the children on the street. We can begin by educating people around us, parents, the children and people in charge of children (Oga- house help relationship, teacher-student relationship, and others) on the need to treat every child like the future of Nigeria depends on it. And truth be told, our future will not be all that enjoyable if we let the scourge of ‘street-children’ fester. By then, the rich will begin to cry. I learnt Lagos State Government has 11 homes where most children picked from the streets are kept, reformed and reunited with their families after counseling. That is an initiative Mercy Johnson Foundation will be supporting and beyond that we will be going to different states to help spread the message-Get kids off the street, save the future. From tomorrow (which is today 29th August 2013), I will begin to replay some of the lessons I learnt at the boys’ reform home and we all can contribute to getting the kids off the street. “We have been briefed and our services retained by Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu, Nigeria’s Ambassador to Spain to demand from you an unreserved apology and a retraction of a false and malicious statement, which you published online and also caused to be published in the Leadership Newspaper of August 16, 2013.
"In the said article entitled, ‘Neither a Tribalist nor a Hater,’ you recklessly alleged, as follows: ‘I was not a tribalist when I had a long standing and intimate relationship with Miss Bianca Onoh…’, a statement, which you know is untrue and unfounded, but only calculated to lower our client’s esteem and damage her national and international reputation.
"Our client has never met you, does not know you in person and has never had any official or private relationship with you how much more ‘a long-standing and intimate relationship.’
“Our client is therefore, outraged by your bizarre and scandalous allegation and the numerous mails and telephone calls she has received from friends, relations and admirers who are equally embarrassed and who seek to confirm the veracity or otherwise of your false and reckless publication.
“Your apparent lame and half-hearted attempt, as published in the Leadership Newspaper of 17th August 2013, to clarify your false and malicious allegation falls far short of a retraction and does not sufficiently address the damage to our client arising from the widespread dissemination of your false publication and is therefore unacceptable to our client.

This morning Cheif Femi Fani-Kayode woke up to find a letter that was published as an advertorial in Thisday Newspaper purportedly by Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu's lawyer threatening to sue him for mentioning her in his article and claiming that she has never met him before. She also said that he was being malicious. The matter has of course been reffered to Chief Fani-Kayode's lawyers who will now take it up.
Ordinarily he would have not have said a word about this matter because he sympathises with her for whatever she may have been going through. However now that she has put it in the public realm Cheif Fani-Kayode is compelled to formally respond. To the assertion that he never knew her and that they were never friends he says this is false and he asks why would he lie? The public evidence is to the contrary. Chief Fani-Kayode would not want to say anything to embarrass her because that would be ungentlemanly.
He sympathises with her delicate situation and once again he expresses his regrets about the fact that his statement about her was misconstrued. We shall just leave it at that.

The arrival of the triplets is said to have distressed him. “He has no ability to take care of the babies even if he was here. We are grateful to the government for scrapping off maternity fees because I will be free to go home once discharged. I would have been detained here if I had been asked to pay,” the teenage mother said. Health practitioners in the country have expressed concern over the increasing rates of teenage pregnancies.

The arrest took place on August 17, the execution took place in public three days later. According to the indictment the women filmed themselves having sex and then sold the videos in China. Some South Korean sources claim that there were many Christians among those sentenced to death who had a Bible at home, a "crime" that you can pay for with your life or imprisonment in a state gulag in North Korea.
Those shot to death include Mun Kyong -jin, director of the Unhasu orchestra, some singers and dancers of Wangjaesan Light Music Band and some army musicians. All family members of the women involved were sentenced to forced labor. According to the Juche ( the delusional state doctrine conceived by the " father of the nation " Kim Il -sung ) is not enough to punish those guilty of a crime, but it is necessary to eradicate the evil " for three generations . " Every year, on the basis of this principle, thousands of children are born in labor camps and live there until their death.
The "Young Marshal " Kim Jong-un , the third son and heir of the "dear leader" Kim Jong -il, met Hyon about ten years ago . After a brief "official" relationship, the engagement was broken by the father of the dictator and the singer was given in marriage to a military man, while the "third Kim " met his present wife . Mayhem In Seme Border, Customs Officer Killed...
There was pandemonium at the busy Seme Border, linking Nigeria with the
Benin Republic, yesterday, when a large mob unleashed mayhem at the
border.
Eyewitnesses said a 35-year-old man, Saturday Joel, had being shot by
officials of the Nigerian Customs Service when the customs officers were
trying to apprehend a motorist who was smuggling a red Volkswagen bus
from Benin Republic into Nigeria.
Punch reports that after the shooting, some residents took to the streets in protest, alleging that
customs officials had killed at least three motorists this month under the pretext that they were smugglers.
It was learnt that in the ensuing pandemonium, the customs officials
stationed in the area fled. However, a Superintendent of Customs,
identified as J. I Motojelu, was said to have been driving by at the
time.
So, in retaliation, the angry mob, led by a community leader, dragged
the officer out of his Toyota Corolla car marked ABJ 663 DW, and killed
him.
The irate mob also set the deceased officer’s vehicle ablaze and set up bonfires at the centre of the road.
The culprits were said to have used the opportunity to steal some items that had previously been seized by customs.
A police source said:
Motojelu, who knew nothing about the incident was beaten to death. The
mob opened a customs patrol van stationed nearby and took a G3 rifle
with 30 rounds of ammunition kept inside it. They then set the vehicle
ablaze.”
Sources told Punch correspondent that some customs officials and
policemen later returned to the scene and fired shots to disperse the
mob.
Lagos Police Public Relations Officer, Ngozi Braide, told Punch
correspondent on the telephone that seven suspects had been arrested,
adding that they would be transferred to the State Criminal
Investigation Department, Yaba.
She said, “Joel is recuperating at Badagry General Hospital while the slain customs officer has been deposited at the mortuary.”

Shocker! UNILAG Babe Kidnapped And Ra-ped By Three Friends (Must Read)
Police Arraign Three For Kidnapping, Raping UNILAG Student, 22-year-old female student of the University of Lagos, Tolulope Titiloye, who was kidnapped and raped by three friends, who later posted her nude photos on the social media, is now in court to get justice.
Three friends – Bashorun Babajide, Aje Olumayowa, and Babajide Ajayi – had molested her, took photos of her without clothes and threatened to share the photos if she exposed them. Tolulope had kept quiet about the sad incident but trouble started when her family members saw her nude photos on the internet.
Within few days of the upload, the nude photographs went viral on social media, exposing Tolulope to ridicule and shame.
Consequently, the three bad guys were rounded up and arrested. They have been arraigned before the Tinubu Magistrate’s Court, Lagos State, for kidnapping and raping.
According to police, after assaulting her, Babajide, Mayowa and Ajayi also attempted to murder Tolulope on the day of the incident in April, 2013.
Hence, they were arraigned for kidnap, rape, assault, battery, unlawful detention and attempted murder. When the charges were read to them, the three friends pleaded not guilty.
Magistrate S.K Matepo granted them bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties each and adjourned the case till October 2 for hearing.

Bianca Ojukwu Finally Speaks On Her Intimate Relationship With Femi Fani-kayode (READ)
Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu’s widow and Nigeria’s ambassador to Spain, Mrs. Bianca Ojukwu, has described as false the claim by former Aviation Minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, that she was his girlfriend when she was a spinster.
Fani-Kayode had in his article, entitled: “Neither a tribalist nor a hater,” published in the social media and some segments of the national dailies (not The Sun), claimed to have met with Bianca when she was Miss Bianca Onoh at the Cambridge College and had “intimate” relationship with her together with two other Igbo ladies.
Reacting to this, Bianca said she had never met Fani-Kayode before, either at official or private level, not to talk of having an “intimate” relationship with him.
The ambassador, who spoke through her lawyers, Wall Street Attorneys, has, therefore, threatened to drag the former aide to ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo to court if, in the next seven days, he fails to retract his libelous publication against her.
In the letter from her lawyers to Fani-Kayode, dated August 27, 2013 and signed by Mike Ugwuanyi, Esq, Mrs. Ojukwu demanded that the former minister writes an apology and retraction of the said libelous publication in The Sun and Thisday newspapers, as well as publish it in the online publication, where it emanated, in the next seven days or face litigation.

“In the circumstances, we demand, on the instruction of our client that you submit to her a clear and unqualified apology and retraction published in The Sun and Thisday newspapers in addition to having the retraction published online.
“Take note that should you fail to tender the apology and publish a retraction of your false and malicious publication, seven days next after your receipt of this demand notice, our further instructions are to seek appropriate redress in court. And that shall be without further recourse to you. Be properly guided.”
64-Year-Old ‘Grandpa’ Rapes Six-Year-old Girl In Ebonyi
Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps in Ebonyi on Thursday arrested a 64 -year old man, Mr. Peter Edibgo for allegedly raping a six- year old girl, Nkwegu Chinwe, at Agbaenyim in Izzi Local government area of the state.
Spokesman of NSCDC in the state, Emmanuel Nwali, said the suspect would have been lynched but for the timely intervention of the officers and men of Command.
Nwali said after investigation, the suspect would be transferred to the appropriate agency responsible for handling such heinous crimes for possible prosecution.
The suspect, he said, had been notorious for such acts as the village Head and other members of the community also confirmed the incident to the Corps.
According to the command’s spokesman, the victim who felt a hard push into her legs, raised an alarm which attracted members of the community. “We are still investigating the case and after that we are going to hand over the case to the appropriate quarters because that is not one of our core mandates as NSCDC, “he stated.

When he was arrested in Kuwait for the credit card scam, Yakubu, was able to answer the police questions adroitly, but the authorities were not convinced of his claim that he was innocent.
A ring of 'scammers' had some months before his arrival, operated in the same manner and went away with their loot in the Middle East commercial city.
Unsuspectingly, Yakubu walked into a booby trap. While Wale Yakubu Ajibola, the Nigerian-born American citizen served terms for one year, the Big Sam turned the other cheek. Lola, who is hell-bent on getting a husband, was not too lucky last year when her hatched plot to marry another Nigerian based in Europe was thwarted by her first husband, Dare Ogunlana, who unleashed a media attack on her. Meanwhile, Lola found a close ally in another actress, Bukky Wright, also married to a US-based Nigerian, Wale Onitilo.
Lola and Bukky seem to be best friends in real life because their chemistry comes through effortlessly. Since her marriage to US-based lover and car dealer, Dare Ogunlana, broke up, the Kogi-born actress has met a few men but she has not been quite lucky to have one of them put a ring on it. Bukky, we reliably gathered has been concerned and busy setting Lola up on dates with non-famous friends and some buddies of her current hubby. She wanted Lola to have her kind of relationship that will guarantee American citizenship status. When Yakubu walked in, it was a willing and desperate Lola he met and, trust her, she quickly hung on tight. Sources disclosed that while he was cooling his feet in the Kuwaiti authorities' cell, Lola scampered for his release by consulting marabouts widely. They were constantly in touch on phone and gradually they built the affection
On release some months ago, after serving terms in Kuwait for one year, she sent him a ticket to come home, made few appearances atfunctions that were private and they bonded before he returned to the United States to prepare for the August wedding. While Lola has taken the highroad by walking down the aisle with Yakubu, brimming with broad smilesthat she has found love and a good match, observers of Nollywood marriages and the rateat which it dissolves, feel Lola may have finally found a big catch to perfect her plans for an American citizenship status.
Yakubu, E24-7 MAGAZINE'S checks revealed, has never been married but he has three kids, including a set of twins from two women among his strings of ladies. From his profile, though he claimed to be an ICT expert, he is not quite buoyant financially and his recent incarcerationin Kuwait has not helped. There is no record of an apartment in his name; the newly married couple are guests in one of the hubby's relations' house in Atlanta. Prior to his ill-fated venture in Kuwait, he is said to have been living off his relations in California before life threw terrible storms at him and he moved to Houston. In his bid to survive, he crossed to Atlanta where he allegedly joined the credit scam racket popularly known as 'Track 1, Track 2'.
For Lola, it has been a tortuous and lonely journey with her 10-year- old daughter, Omowunmi from her first marriage with Dare. As she stepped out from the depths of despair to happily ever after, it is not clear if Dare will not sue her for bigamy as their marriage consummated in Nigeria has not been officially dissolved. Lola and Yakubu are expected in Nigeria soon .
