While rejoicing over the successful arrest of the "Ejigbo criminals," we should please not forget Mrs. Ossai's case is pending in limbo, and gradually being swept under 9ja's corruption rug. This case should've long been decided by the courts, and the Lebanese perpetrator, if found guilty, adequately punished. The last we heard of Mrs. Ossai's wahala was at a press conference when the Deputy Governor of Lagos State promised she'd ...not relent on this incident until justice was meted out to Kaveh Noine, Mrs. Ossai's Lebanese boss who kicked her stomach, resulting in the loss of her 7-month-old pregnancy. This was on December 13, 2013. Fighting social injustice in a country like 9ja is quite a daunting task; but, let's not be discouraged. We'll take one case at a time; and, hopefully, someday, we'll get to a point where justice shall reign supreme in 9ja. But, until then, the struggle continues.
