2013 has so far been wonderful for Nigeria's female artistes and Waje happens to be one of those topping the list, following the success of her first album and her million naira endorsement with Glo. Waje, whose vocal range covers three octaves, was a year older on Sunday and to mark her birthday, her colleagues (Tiwa Savage, Chidinma, Toolz, Kaffy, Omawumi and others) in the industry gathered around for a night of fun at Sailors in Lekki.

Oh by the way, Waje has adopted a baby elephant - a gift from her friends in Nairobi where she recently visited.
